The hotel was spotless and staff were all extremely helpful. the beds were comfortable and the view of the park was great. Unbeatable location right near the piers was a plus. It was also very close to taxis all the time, markets, and restaurants. A genuine 5-star establishment.

Great value for money, with a stylish and comfortable room that had big windows and plenty of natural light. The location was quiet and conveniently close to Salamanca Place, the Saturday markets, and the waterfront. The staff at reception were friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in multiple languages.
The breakfast option could have been better, perhaps by offering a wider variety of choices.
